Earlier this year, we launched our gasket set 8647 10099, which is exclusively offered by Triscan on the aftermarket. The set contains gaskets and other loose parts that Stellantis prescribes to be replaced in connection with timing belt changes on the widely used 1.2 PureTech engine from PSA. Now the kit has been expanded with an additional gaskets, so that vehicles with engine code EB2A are also covered. 

One of the oldest product programmes in our range is thermostats. The ever-increasing demands on car performance and emissions have meant that the thermostat has undergone significant technological development. So has our programme – and therefore also includes the advanced types. 

In the southern Swedish town of Hässleholm, we have visited Bil & Husvagnsservice / Däckexperten AB. 42-year-old David Storm took over the workshop in 2013, which was originally founded in 1981. Since the takeover, he and his team have managed to develop the business in an impressive way and multiply the turnover. In the autumn of 2024, the company replaced its workshop and customer management system for the last 14 years with TriSys - and they have in no way regretted it. 

After many years of intensive use, it has been necessary to replace our salt mist and ozone chamber with new equipment. Together with the rest of our test equipment, they are an important piece of our smart sourcing concept, but also complaint handling.

In September, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey for the first time in 10 years. The purpose of the survey was to uncover whether we live up to our promises in relation to value propositions, but also a measurement of satisfaction with the personal contact with our employees - and the information service that we offer. 

On 3 November 2025, Poul Toftegaard Pedersen, with the title of Sales Manager Sweden, joined Triscan's sales team. 

When I look back on the year that has almost passed, it is with mixed feelings. Like most people, I am concerned about the security policy situation, sad that the war in Ukraine has not yet ended and the situation is still unstable in the Middle East. I sincerely hope that 2026 will be the year when we will experience positive development and lasting peace. 

Our range of parts for EV vehicles is growing steadily, and now we have also landed two exciting new wheels for Hyundai and Kia. 

We are able to deliver more than 1100 references in wheel bearings in original quality and the two new references that fit the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6 are: 

In the previous edition of Triscan News, we could report that we were able to deliver drive shafts for the BYD Atto3 and now we can also deliver 6 references in steering parts.

These are the outer tie rod end on the right and left sides, the inner guide rod, the bearing ball and two stabilizer rods. 

When changing the timing belt on 2.0 Ford EcoBlue engines, it is generally a good idea to change the timing belt drive cover at the same time, because it breaks when it is dismantled.
