Not so long ago 47-year-old Clemens Wirries, who is originally from Germany, started in our Danish customer center in Brabrand near Aarhus. In the customer center, colleagues receive calls from customers in 41 countries - and even though speaking English, German and Danish will get you far, it is of course great if you speak several languages.
At Automechanika 2024 in Frankfurt, Wibotec showcased the latest technological breakthroughs. New CobraXpro systems for both glass repair and window replacement have been developed, which ensure that Wibotec holds on to the yellow jersey in terms of technology and user-friendliness.
Our modular workshop and customer management system, TriSys, which is used by large to small car repair shops in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany, is continuously added new functionalities and integrations.
The year goes by and we look back with great satisfaction on a good year for Triscan. We can already unveil some of the many exciting initiatives that we have planned for 2025. Even though things are going well for Triscan, we are - like most people - concerned that the number of hot spots in the world around us have unfortunately not decreased. We are crossing our fingers that in 2025 we will see a positive development, where warring parties come to terms with each other and the level of conflict generally de-escalates.

We have previously reported on our range of steering knuckles and for a long time also had a few steering knuckles for the Tesla Model X and Y. We now managed to expand the range and complemented it with steering knuckles for the Tesla Model 3.

The peak season for the sale of gas springs is just around the corner. We have therefore made sure that our program and stock of both traditional, but also electric gas springs are updated and ready.
A total of 19 references in electric gas springs and 34 references in traditional gas springs have just been added to the program. The new gas springs fit a wide range of makes and models, including several EVs.
With an expansion of more than 100 references, we can now offer 434 references in EGTS (exhaust gas temperature sensors).
The program consists of both NTC and PT200 based sensors where the temperature measurement is based on resistance measurement. As usual at Triscan, all sensors are manufactured according to OE specification and are subject to a 100% functional test before they leave the factory.
The trend in the workshops is clear. Replacement of CV joints is declining, while replacement of complete drive shafts is gaining ground. We are therefore continuing to expand our range of drive axles, which today counts more than 1,500 references.
In the last issue of our newsletter, we reported on our special handbrake repset on the Jumper, Ducato and Boxer. Now we also have the three cable adjusters in the program that must be used depending on the chassis length.
