Changing the thermostat for PSA (vehicles) - transition from electronic to mechanical

PSA has changed the thermostat (Triscan ref. 8620 271 105) from an electronically controlled thermostat to a traditionally controlled thermostat.

The change means that, in addition to using a different type of thermostat, you must also use a blanking plug and a plastic tie for mounting and in several cases also a coolant hose.

All accessories, as well as detailed installation instructions, are delivered with both thermostats and for thermostat 8620 39989 a radiator hose is also included.
