As we have previously reported, our car repair shop and customer management system TRISYS is also widely used outside Denmark's borders. In both Norway and Sweden, the development has really taken off recently.
Development in Norway
In Norway, our distributor Verkstedflyt A/S has a lot of customers from the AutoMester car repair shop chain - including Brødrene Bakkes Bilverksted A/S in Trysil, who has been using the system for almost 5 years. We have previously visited Kent Bakke and written an article about this, which you can read here: Effektivt værkstedsdrift og kundestyring hos AutoMester Brødrene Bakkes Bilverksted i Trysil.
Another happy and diligent user is Mjøsbil A/S with 7 car repair shops and Hastadklev A/S with 5 car repair shops.
Nicklas Skalin, Verkstedflyt A/S: "There is a lot of interest and demand from both car repair shops, but also wholesalers who want to use TRISYS, which we market in Norway under the name Verksted+. Right now, we actually find it difficult to follow up on all inquiries, but it is a luxury problem that we will fortunately be able to solve quickly.”
Development in Sweden
In continuation of our participation at Automässan in Gothenburg in 2023 – together with our Swedish distributor HDB-system AB we are also noticing a huge interest in TRISYS in Sweden from both car repair shops and wholesalers. Recently, a cooperation agreement has been entered into with ATOY Automotive Sweden AB.
In Sweden, TRISYS is marketed under the name HDBsystem and here we have previously visited Bil- & Elservice Ludvika AB – a BMW specialist – and written the following article: Swedish BMW specialist digitises customer and workshop management.
Andreas Lundgren, HDB-system AB: "A lot of car repair shops and wholesalers stopped by our stand at Automässan in Gothenburg back in 2023. Here we demonstrated the system's many functions and possibilities in a "live" situation, so that the visitors could also see how the customer communication takes place and, not least, is experienced. Subsequently, we have followed up on all inquiries and gained even more happy customers."
Collaboration - a big part of the key to success
As a Scandinavian, it is not uncommon to be asked where the similarities between Norwegians, Swedes and Danes start - and where they stop. Although there are many areas where we are similar, we have to note that the way in which a car repair shops is run differs quite a bit. Of course, this has been taken into account in TRISYS, and in connection with the further development of the system and the exchange of experience in general, a joint meeting has just been held at Triscan Software Solutions in Denmark.
Peter Riis Hansen, Triscan Software Solutions: "It has really been a fruitful few days, where we have come a long way and have made ambitious plans for the coming time. Of course, I am pleased to experience the great progress, but also to see the collaboration that Verkstedflyt and HDBsystem have established. By working together, we make TRISYS a huge success in Scandinavia.
