The year goes by and we look back with great satisfaction on a good year for Triscan. We can already unveil some of the many exciting initiatives that we have planned for 2025. Even though things are going well for Triscan, we are - like most people - concerned that the number of hot spots in the world around us have unfortunately not decreased. We are crossing our fingers that in 2025 we will see a positive development, where warring parties come to terms with each other and the level of conflict generally de-escalates.
THE YEAR THAT HAS ALMOST PASSED
2024 has been a good year for Triscan. We notice progress in all important areas - and we are of course very pleased with that. We have seen revenue growth in most of the 41 markets where we sell our products - which for the most part is based on expanded cooperation with existing customers, but also on the influx of new ones.
When sales increase, it is always exciting to see how it affects the order fill. We carry approx. 50,000 stocked item numbers, which of course makes stock dispositioning a difficult task to get 100% right. We have managed as well as we could with the information we have had available - and at the same time we have increased our stock value by over 20%.
Team Triscan
Our entire team of dedicated employees in Denmark and abroad has made a fantastic effort throughout the year. At the same time, we have succeeded in attracting a large number of new colleagues to both our warehouses and administration. In administration new competent colleagues with the right Triscan DNA have joined us in the following departments: sales, sales support, customer center, product and ESG.
Triscan brake calipers without deposit
Two years after the introduction of Triscan brake calipers without deposit, we can state that it has been a huge success. In just two years, this product group has positioned itself as one of the largest product groups at Triscan. The programme has been expanded massively during 2024 - and now has over 1,300 references.
TriCat - new catalogue/e-commerce system
In the second half of 2024, we launched TriCat - our new catalogue and e-commerce system - which we are not afraid to say sets new standards for user-friendliness, functionality and, not least, speed. The smooth introduction and the very positive feedback we have received from our customers who have already converted from TriWeb to TriCat has led us to the decision of shutting down TriWeb at the turn of the year. Spare parts for EV vehicles
In our range of spare parts for EV vehicles, the programme expansions have almost been queuing up – including parts for MG and Maxus. We still maintain the lead over most of our competitors, which we have created by introducing the first parts already in 2018. At the same time, the workshops report increased activity on servicing and repairing EV vehicles, which we can clearly see in the turnover figures.
ESG – Environmental Social Governance
Although we are not legally obliged to report our ESG figures (figures relating to environmental, social and governance aspects), we have decided to prepare ESG reports for the period 2022 and onwards. Over the past many years, we have had an increased focus on environmental, social and governance aspects - and in 2024 we have hired Marie Markman as ESG Manager. We are proud that our efforts have not gone unnoticed. In September, we were among the three finalists who were nominated by Erhverv Aarhus to receive the SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) inspiration award in the category "Green transition".
Exciting news from Wibotec
At Wibotec A/S, a lot of new things have also happened during 2024. Both in window repair and window replacement, brand new CobraXpro systems. With the new systems, Wibotec has once again succeeded in developing groundbreaking technology. To strengthen the organization and add additional resources, Ronnie Maryon has been hired as CCO in 2024.

Product news
Wehave planned a large number of new products for 2025 – and already towards the end of 2024, the first parts will be marketable in two completely new product groups. One is hydraulic hoses for power steering and the other is pressure sensors for the A/C-system.
At the beginning of 2025, we will introduce a programme in air conditioning hoses. In the aftermarket, there is currently no real alternative to the car manufacturers' original and expensive AC hoses. We are going to change that. Based on market data, we have built up a programme of approx. 600 references over the past two years. The 600 references cover the most searched OE numbers on the European market. From the start, the programme is unique in the aftermarket in terms of programme width and availability. The programme contains several hundred first to market references. In terms of cataloging, the data quality is light years ahead of the competitors - and thus second to none. All hoses are produced by one of the largest OE manufacturers of A/C hoses in the world. The hoses are 3D scanned and 100% identical to the original sample - and thus 1:1 in terms of hoses, pipes, fittings, angles and bends. At the market introduction in the first quarter of 2025, 300 references will be available - and in the second wave we will expand with another 300 references.
Another new feature will be starters and generators. Although we stopped selling Bosch starters and generators in 2015, we are convinced that the time is right to revive these two product groups – and this time in our own brand. During the second quarter of 2025, Triscan starters and generators will be in our catalogue. These are refurbished units with a deposit – approx. 450 references in starters and approx. 750 references in generators.
