Triscan brake pads and shoes are manufactured according to OEM specifications and R90 approvals.

All Triscan brake pads are heat-treated to eliminate gases from the friction material as part of the production process. This also helps the brake pads to run in rapidtly. Triscan's brake pads contain no heavy metals.

Standard og heavy duty leaf springs

Triscan offers a large selection of standard and "Heavy Duty" leaf springs, which are commonly used in the suspension systems for off road vehicles, light commercial vehicles and some passenger cars. 

• Most leaf springs come with fitted bolts / bracket and is ready for use. 
• Full range of U-bolts for both standard and "Heavy Duty" leaf springs.
• Both parabolic and multi-leaf springs.

Triscan’s programme within car specific ABS-sensors are all in OE quality

The production process is subject to the strict quality control standards within the automobile industry: IATF 16949. All sensors are subject to functionality testing before final approval. With more than 1200 references, the program covers more than 90% of the European car parc.

What does the ABS-sensor do and how does it work

If the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) works when it is not supposed to, it may be due to a defect or lack of the ABS-ring. 

EGR coolers and EGR pipes in OE quality

A leaky EGR cooler can cause significant damage to the engine - including the turbocharger - and in some cases even cause fire in the intake manifold. It is therefore important that it will be replaced immediately, in cases where leaks have occurred.

A leakage in the EGR system can also be caused by a leaky EGR pipe, which in some car models connects the EGR valve with the EGR cooler. At Triscan we also offer a wide range of OE quality EGR pipes.
