With the goal of expanding our service in the technical field, we have by first of July enlarged our team.
In the following paragraphs, we will introduce you to our new colleague, Richard Froelian, and describe how he will contribute to our efforts of reaching excellence in the technical and customer service areas. "With more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Richard is a highly qualified addition to our team and brings valuable experience with him”, says André Leschinski, CEO of the Triscan GmbH in Germany.

Richard started his career in the automotive industry 34 years ago with an apprenticeship at the Ford subsidiary in Hagen. After 10 years, he switched to a free workshop in Werdohl. "During my time in the free workshop, I had to deal with all car brands on the German market. There I also bought and installed Triscan's products on a regular basis. I am pleased to now continue my collaboration with Triscan from the other side", Richard Froelian says.
Throughout his long career, Richard has accumulated a wealth of experience with complex products, including EGR valves, steering gear and servo pumps.

Through the successful opening in Iserlohn positive momentum has built, we want to use this momentum to drive forward and further improve our customer service and warranty handling to reach comparable results as we did in the return department, where we managed to decrease processing time to an average of under 48 hours. This reinforcement in the technical- and warranty department allows us to offer an even better service to our customers, especially in technical area”, says André Leschinski.
