Many of our customers have been very content with the fact that the forms covering returns and complaints are available as online forms on our website - www.triscan.dk/en/trade-terms
In a new initiative, we have now decided to make them available via our e-trading system (TriWeb), where you will find the forms behind the two large yellow buttons in the upper left side of your screen on the tab "Order History / account".
Make it easy for yourself
The easiest way to use the online forms is to download them locally to your own computer or server. The way this is done can vary depending on the pdf-viewer your PC is set up with. In most cases it will be possible via a menu, an icon, or by "right-clicking" with the mouse and then select “save”. Once this is done, the standard fields "Submit", "Customer no.", "Telephone" etc. should be completed, and the form is saved once again (the existing version is replaced). The next time you open the form from the location on your local desktop on your PC / server, the default fields are already filled in.
Rules for returning goods
Should you be in doubt about the rules for returns, you can see them in our trade terms. In addition to being printed on the back of our invoice paper, the trade terms can be found at the same place as the forms - both on our website and in TriWeb.
