OEM specifications
All hoses are manufactured according to the OEM specifications. That means that fittings, brackets, protection etc. are equivalent to the original brake hose, which gives the best possible solution in terms of safety and installation.
A complete product
Along with the brake hose, Triscan also delivers banjo bolts and washers, in cases where these are included in the OES. Both in terms of safety and installation this is of course another advantage you will get with Triscan’s brake hoses.

Production and 100% control
The manufacturing process, including the manufacturing of the hose, fittings, brackets and surface treatment is continuously controlled. This ensures a complete control of every stage in the manufacturing process, and finally each brake hose is subjected to a pressure test.
The hose
Meets and exceeds the SAE J1401, DOT, FMVSS 106 as well as the OEM specifications, and thus all requirements in terms of performance, labelling and assembly are met. This includes a pressure test where the hose shall withstand a pressure of more than 80 bar/1160 PSI.
Impartial and comparative tests
In addition to the ongoing quality assurance carried out during the manufacturing process, Triscan’s brake hoses are also subject to independant and comparative tests conducted by independant testing institutes such as the Danish Technological Institute.
The new generation
Several of the VAG group’s lastest car models are equipped with brake hoses designed as a combination of both hose and pipe. Triscan’s brake hose program is of course also covered by this new type of brake hose.
