Triscan has now expanded the programme of gas springs to include gas springs for the brand new triplets in the Volkswagen group: Seat Mii, Skoda Citigo og VW Up as well as BMW’s 1- and 3-Series and the MINI Cooper One.

Among these product groups some of Triscan’s customers have experienced a 48% sales increase by switching to Triscan. The best corrosion protection in the market
As something quite unique we have already introduced a corrosion resistant hood on a large part of our gas springs. We will continue to add the hood to even more of our references so that the major part of our stocks of more than 100.000 gas springs will be extra well protected against corrosion.

Gas springs with dynamic damping
It is not unusual that gas springs with identical fittings at both ends are turned upside-down when mounted. The mounting error may, however, cause that the gas spring becomes defective after a short time. By using a gas spring with dynamic damping this situation can be avoided. Consequently, a large part of our gas springs with identical fittings at both ends will be with dynamic damping during a transition period.

Triscan’s gas springs are manufactured in accordance with the TS16949, the technical quality standard which unites existing American, German, French and Italian quality standards to match the global demands for quality. All gas springs are quality tested, and the pressure of all gas springs is controlled after the production.
All gas springs are delivered in a practical, durable and environmentally friendly packaging, which can be stored both lying and hanging. Furthermore, a mounting instruction is printed on the packaging - with illustrations guiding the mechanic through the correct installation of the gas spring.
Gas springs for trucks, busses and for industrial use
Besides gas springs for cars, Triscan also supplies universal gas springs for industrial use, for example for hospital beds, cargo compartment doors in busses, printers, agricultural machines, trucks etc. The industrial programme consists of 184 gas springs and 15 fittings offering you various combinations, which will most likely meet your needs.
